About us

Freedom Mobility was started in September 2005. The business is steered by myself, John and my partner Diane. My function within the business is to carry out scooter & other mobility equipment repairs, servicing, pre-sales safety checks and paperwork, whereas Diane, more importantly man’s the telephone. Diane’s invaluable friendly phone manner and ability to communicate so well with our elderly and or disabled customers has meant that not only have we gained the confidence and trust of our growing customer base, but we have also made many wonderful new friends. We, that is, Diane & myself would like to think that the success of Freedom Mobility will be based on our caring and trustworthy approach to our customers and our attitude and motto that nothing is too much trouble. Not on how much we sell or how much we make. We are based at 'Southfield' in the quaint little village of Lea near Ross-on-Wye Herefordshire.

Our vision for the future

Our vision for the future at Freedom Mobility is to make available quality but affordable mobility alternatives to the less mobile among us, whether young, elderly or disabled. Our aim is to keep profits to a minimum allowing us to supply new and second hand mobility scooters and other mobility equipment at an affordable price. After sales service is also a prominent factor to us. With this in mind, we pledge to do all within our power to keep our customers mobile. Our motto is that nothing should be too much trouble. We offer friendly service and advise on all issues regarding mobility. Lastly we strive to gain the complete confidence of our customers assuring them that we will always be there to help before and after sales. Our business hours will continue to be, ”whenever you need us“
